Listed in Craigslist as service/skilled trade/backhoe, trackhoe, dozer work (posting id 2547047349). Came to our home, wrote contract and invoice to beginclearing property next day (9/7/2011) and wrote check for $500 deposit. Cashed check, never came back, will not return calls. Has numerous postings on Craigslist for other work (see postings 2631684514, 2629936612, 2613074940, 2604843605, 2624267424, 2629925068 and more) Is also listed in 'manta' as business. I have copy of check, invoice, etc. and contract information. He showed us a copy of his liability insurance. I discovered too late that he was cancelled in January 2011.
