My wife and I decided to go shopping at G-Star Raw while vacationing in South Beach. I was assisted by Jose who is not only the salesman but also the manager. He was helpful in selecting different outfits however when we couldn't find the right size for the shorts, he insisted that we make the purchase and the correct size will be shipped. A week later, the shipment arrived with a totally different style. When we called the store, we got the runaround for the whole week that someone will get back to us. Finally Jose called back and argued that this is the style that we chose and too bad! No refunds! In a nutshell, he stuck us with the wrong style just to make his few dollars in commissions. STAY AWAY and never ever order from them. They are petty and not friendly at all
