I purchased my RAM 2500 in May of 2010. Since that time the vehicle intermittantly locks up in 4th gear. Often the transmission seems to completely disconnect. This has occurred dozens of times, often with passengers present. I have spoken to Dodge Headquarters on many occassions to try and resolve this problem. The only solution or resolution that they would offer was for me to continue the dozens of times that I have already taken the vehicle to the local recommended Dodge servicing agency, Karmart in Burlington, WA. On 7/3/13 A Cameron called from Dodge from their highest level of resolution. He offered nothing more than for me to continue to go to Karmart and put up with my problems and would not under any circumstances do any more than that to resolve this continuously defective truck.
