the schiff loyalty rewards program terms and conditions was changed without any notice to customers. It is a scam. The ability to redeem points for gift cards was removed on June 30, 2013. Their customer serive cited a program change that was never communicated to customers.

- I have used these rewards for years with no complaint. In defense of Schiff, I distinctly remember receiving at least 2 emails notifying customers of their change, urging people to get the gift card if they wanted it by 6/30/13. Perhaps your notification email accidentally went into a spam report. They really did notify customers of the change. Don't know why you didn't receive an email as well...
