I was offered a free trial of Valoura Cream for the cost of postage £3.49 and paid by my debit card. After receiving the small package a few days later the letter inside stated I would be charged the same amount of money for every month following the trial. If wanting to cancell the order I would require an RMA before I would be able to return the trial package. After many attempts at attempting to contact the provided telephone number over many days it was considered a lost cause to be able to contact this company. I instructed my Bank to stop any further payments to Veloura but find on 3- July - 2013 the payment to Veloura of £74.95 was made. My dilema is how can I cease any further payments to Veloura in what is nothing short of an outright scam? What is worse is that I haven't received any Veloura cream for the £74.95 payment - a double scam!
