Back in May I was contacted by a 'Jacob Smith' with Sublime Merchants in order to sell me on a credit card processing software not only for my own online company but also for other local small businesses. I would call the local company and get them to contact Sublime and Sublime sells them on it and I get commissions as long as they are using the product. I was guaranteed to make my money back in no time at all and be making anywhere from 10 to 20 thousand a month. I was a skeptic at first but Jacob was very suave, so his smooth talking and the money back guarantee got me to sign up and pay Sublime Merchants $15,000 to get the ball rolling. I never received the software for my own company and when I asked about cards to give out to local businesses Jacob told me that they were handling that and calling them for me on my behalf. He told me not to worry and I would see money start coming in soon from all the sales they were making. By the middle of April when I still had not seen a penny I was getting worried. When I called in to speak with Jacob, I was informed he quit and was bounced around from sales person to sales person. All of them trying to sell me more products. Why on earth would I give these people more money when I still had not seen my previous investment bear any fruit whatsoever?
After demanding a refund, which was promised in full, and being rejected I did not know where to turn too. I contacted a local lawyer and he referred me to my saving grace. I contacted the firm he had sent me too and they were absolutely wonderful. I spoke with Dylan (301-710-0673) on a consistent basis and was always provided updates on my case. If he could not answer my calls, I did always receive a quick email from him just letting me know that I had not been forgotten. Also, I did not have to pay upfront fees! If they didn't win my case, I had lost nothing but a few minutes spent on the phone and sending emails. Thankfully though, my case was won! I got all of the money this company took from me back and it was all thanks to Dylan and his team!

  • Dylan 301-710-0673 number doesn't answer the phone and there isn't a voice mail. Please call the number! Sublime Merchants has never had a "Jacob (any last name you desire)" work for our company. We have never had a company get funds for one of our customers ever. We have know idea what this story is about or the motivation for writing it. Please provide proof we charge you $1 single dollar. It doesn't make sense to charge anyone $15,000 or $.15 for becoming a merchant account salesman. Because its a job not a business or opportunity. So again Sublime Merchants is completely unaware of what this person is claiming. Please provide proof instead of spreading unnecessary malicious rumors about a company you have obviously never done business with.
