Promised to settle debt. We paid them money and they said debt was paid. Ended up with my wife being garnished at work. We have been with them for 3 1/2 years but they recently closed their office in Missouri and sent our account to their New York Office. Our account has $1681.00 in escrow but they refuse to close our account and sent us our money.
