I went to getflexseal.com to order a can of this stuff and noticed it was buy one get one free plus extra S&H. I really only wanted one can but decided to get two but their site does NOT mention that "1" can is the buy one get one free so either way you have to pay for the second S&H but I put "2" not knowing this. I never completed my order because I decided I didn't have the spare cash at the time to order it so I backed out of it NEVER completing the order. I checked my bank account the next day and noticed a $79.89 charge and looked it up and it was from FlexSeal. I was tricked by false advertising and their website secretly finished an order that was never placed and charged my account.

  • This situation is very similar to what happened to me via phone. They never told you that 1-meant one order with a can free can + S&H. They didn't make it clear that S&H applies to both cans. Plus, they didn't tell you which # to push that meant "NO"-it was the most confusing process I have ever been through!
