On June 3rd, this amount was taken out of my account for a $100.00 voucher. On the 10th of June I called 1-888-471-8647 and spoke to a lady named "Shalonda." When I spoke to her I explained that I was still waiting on the voucher that I was promised. "Shalonda" asked for my name and phone number which I gave. She then pretended to be sending my voucher and said that it would take 5 to seven business days. I waited again for the voucher. No Voucher. I called the number again and a "Sanetta" answered the phone. She acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up the phone. This was done on the 24th of this month. I called 7/8/2013 and spoke to a "Renaldo". I explained to him that I was still waiting on the voucher. He asked for my name and phone number. He acted like he was looking up my information and then came back on line and told me that they couldn't find me in their system! I said well the money was taken out of my account for this so I should still be in the system. He then proceeded to act like he was looking up my information and placed me on hold to which the phone call went dead. I called them back and spoke to a'Sanetta" who sounds a lot like "Shalonda". She then told me the same thing. I then said that when I called before Shalonda didn't have a problem with finding my account. Sanetta then asked me how did I pay for this and I said with my debit card. Again she acted like she was looking up the information. I again was placed on hold but this time it didn't hang up. I could hear voices in the background and other people talking. When Sanetta came back on the phone she said that she was going to have to talk to her boss about this and for me to call back in an hour. When I called back it was still the same thing. I was disgusted by then and just told Sanetta that I was good and I was going to take it from here. I also told her that I didn't like being played out of my money. If you don't have the vouchers then stop lying to people about this. This started in June. It's now a month later and still no voucher. As I hung up the phone I could still hear her trying to explain.
I placed their phone number on this website called 800notes. When this number popped up I saw that this organization calls people with the same bs. They use different numbers and names. The main ones are:Consumer Prize Patrol, Quality Magazines, Discount Consumers Reward and Discount Rewards Prize Dept. The phones numbers they use are: 215-383-3419,773-894-5525,845-867-1986,877-801-8169,954-278-3394 and 314-627-2936 but 1-888-471-8647 is the main number. These people don't have a website or physical address. Also, on the third of June, they offered you this "Welcome" package which includes other programs that they want you to try out for a certain number of days. The problem with that is I ended up paying 19.99 for a program that they offered which didn't get to me until way past the expired date which was June 8th. The program is called 24/7. These people need to be stopped.
