As many of us it seems, I won a free online cream from veloura, which said I only had to pay the shipping of £3.99. The cream arrived quite a while after and my bank statement showed they had taken the shipping. I have just checked my bank now and they have taken another £74.95, a payement for which I had no knowledge and that I would not have authorised. I had no email from the company, no warning, no invoice. I contacted my bank which will hopefully block any further payement from this company and will try to get me a refund in the best case scenario! I have not tried to contact them yet but reading your comments, is it worth it? Should I send this cream back?
