I sent for a free sample of DermaJ Jevenate in March 2013 and received this. On checking my past bank details I find I have been charged £94.90 on the 22nd March, 30th April, 28th May and the 3rd July. I have not received this product, do not require any more of this and did not authorise these payments, please help, this is a lot of money.

I also sent for this free sample of DermaJuvenate, I paid £1.99 postage and thought that was the end of it. Three weeks after they sent the free sample they took £83.74 from my credit card account.
When I phoned them they said I agreed for the payment to be taken. They said that I did not return the product after 21 days and therefore had agreed to have money taken out of my account on a monthly basis. There was nothing said about this on their web page as I am always careful when giving my card details. I phoned them again to cancel any more being sent and to stop payments taken from me. They said I would be sent an email to confirm this, no email arrived. On phoning them again they put to phone down.
I have now stopped my card and getting a new one, also I am hoping to get my money back This has caused a lot of worry and anxiety as it was quite a problem contacting the right people to get this sorted out.
Please do not order anything from this company as they are ruthless CONMEN out to rob anyone they can. -
