akala nila maloloko nila ako. i dont talk to strangers.. ang gusto nila mag bayad ako ng Php 100.000 .. para sa processing fee etc. dun pa lang nag taka na ako. paano ako mag babayad ni hindi ko nga nakikita o nakakausap in person un kausap ko sa fone. pinipilit kaagad ako mag bayad. sya pa ang galit kung bakit hind ko nasagot ung 2 beses na tumawag sila sa akin. una sa lahat wala akong bank account.hindi nila ako maloloko at makukuhanan ng pera. akala nila siguro tanga ako. kasi una palang nag tatanga tangahan na ko sa conversation nmin. pero hindi nya alam e niloloko ko n din sya sa mga info ko. ang galing mag salita ng kausap ko. as fluent at mabilis mag salita. karma is just around. humanda kayo mga GLOBAL VISA in CEBU. wag kaung tatawag ulit sa number ko kasi mumurahin ko lang kayo! .. haha

I just had a very interesting phone conversation with a friend of mine in Cebu. Her and I both purchased the Global Visas scam product last year called IES. She has just received a refund from them and this is how she did it.
Turns out the government has decided the product IES is defined as illegal recruitment. All you need to do is call Police Chief Inspector Alexis Hallares Relado at 032-341-1311 and he will help you with the paperwork for the fiscal. My friend got her 100, 000 back plus damages. The people you need to name in your complaint are Brian Howlin, Pearl Susas,Sharon Cable and Kirk Mauricio
