Me and the scammer had a deal to trade expensive shoes . We whent with the transaction I send my shoes .ever since then he has been giving me lies that he will send them ,to this day ,but now he said he can't and won't send my shoes . I kept all the emails and text messages on my phone .my shoes are worth to this market $280 - $350. Please help !thank you

- I TOLD YOU THAT I WASN'T GOING TO SHIP? CAN YOU SHOW ME THIS? I DIDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED SO IM GOING TO SHIP ON MY TIME. THE SHOES WERE WORN AND IM NOT GOING TO TRADE DEADSTOCK SHOES FOR WORN SHOES.
