i had recieved an item that was damaged and called the company to talk to someone who is in charge of customer service i clearly explained that the item was damaged and this person said that she would send out a replacement item i said that would be satisfactory then she went on to say that she would refund amount of 4.99 for the item that was damaged and then take the amount back out of` my bank acount again this did not make sense to me to refund me and then take it back i said why dont you just simply replace the item ? Why refund something and then take it back ? that is a rip off to me i also explained that the other item that i was charged for for the amount of 3.99 was not as advertised and she said simply return it for a refund and use the postage paid lable but it also says on the return lable that they will deduct$8.99 from your refund with a postage paid lable and then i also learned that they were going to take $6.99 out of my bank account for a reward mmemebr 5% discount on merchandise this was not aoutorised from me to take anything other than what i ordered from the catologe in all this compamy is ripping people off and i think that i should be refunded my amount without all these hidden charges and without the 6.99 that they will be taking out of my bank account unautherised i think this company should be investigated for all these charges that they are chargeing people .
