I ordered a 'free trial', with £1.99p and £2.99p charges, respectively, nearly two months ago. I have not received any items. First they tried to charge me £50 postage with Royal Mail. I refused this as this was NOT stated on the advert. After that they deducted the £1.99 & £2.99 on last months statement. Today, when I checed my statement, there are deductions of £1.50 (twice) AND £46.31 (again TWICE). I have reported them to my bank, but now I cannot find an email address for them so that I can contact them, therefore I am reporting on this site. My bank have given me TWO phone numbers for them (both in America), so to add insult to injury, I am going to have to phone them to cancel the 'order', which I did not authorise in the first place.
