I was E-mailed that I had a consignment in the amount of 3.5MUSD from the Ambassador of Benin Secretary Mr. Ali Mohamed. They told me that it was awarded to me by the United Nations. And that I had to pay $540USD for a no inspection certificate. I wrote back and told him That I thought it was a scam. He E-mailed me back telling me that it wasn't legal for him to do that. I then got an E-mail from a party that said the were Interpol Police. They said that they were monitoring my communications with Mr. Ali Mohamed. and they wanted all the info I could give them. So I sent them what I had. They responded say that the claim was true and that I could go ahead with the transaction. Eventually I looked up Fake letter on the Internet and discovered it was a scam.
So I E-mailed him saying that I didn't have the money and that when I receive the 3.5MUSD I would wire him the money.
I at no time gave him any money.
