These fraudsters advertised a free 30 day trial with £3 for the product with no obligations. Their terms and conditions say you can cancel within 7 days by email. We emailed to cancel within the time limit of 7 days but then they demanded $25 cancellation fee and return of the product. To date we had received no product.
They then said they would charge us $89 for the product sent plus a cancellation fee of $25. They then produced completely different terms and conditions.
They have debited the money out of our account.
We had to close the account to prevent any further debits which according to your other victims, they will try to do. Thanks for that warning.
They are liars and cheats. Complain to trading standards, advertising standards and the local organisations in Atlanta about this bunch of crooks
