I purchased online Forex software which did not reveal the true details about this software. For example, it was not suitable for a newbie trader and the coaching is done in different time frames which are not suitable (I'm in Australia). This is from USA.
It offers a 60 day money back guarantee which is not worth the paper it is printed on.
After cancelling this software after two hours of purchase, the merchant still insisted to send it to me (6 cds) by post. He completely ignored my emails. I refused to accept the order. What a desperate company to take my money and not answer my emails.
