I ordered 7 pairs of size 6 Toms Shoes from: www.ustomsstore.com . But I've got 2 pairs of shoes in size 7 and size 8, which are not my size at all. And also, the shoe quality is very different to the real one that I bought from the retail store HYPE. These shoes not only have smelly smells but also some insoles are not fitting the shoes.
And then I contacted the customer service and see if I can either get exchange or refund. However, they refused to refund but suggested me to put insole or wear socks in size 7 or 8 or gift to my friend. What a ridiculous suggestion and customer services! I said I won't accept the solution. And they said I can purchase 3 more pairs of shoes from their online store and they will give me $3 discount for each pair and together will send the two wrong sizes shoes in size 6 to me. It's such a doggy Chinese online store, and rubbish shoe quality. I would never spend one more cent on their products, it's such a rip off and unpleasant shopping experience, wasting my time and money. And they won't do one for one charity like the real Toms store does at all. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY SHOES FROM USTOMSSTORE, THEY ARE ALL FAKE AND RUBBISH! PLEASE SPEND WISELY!!!
