In December I ordered two 2.5 inch disk drives for notebooks, 109.81 was charged to my credit card. A week later I received one 5 inch drive for a desktop! I called and e-mailed Aaron, he finally gave me a RMA number. I was out of town when he gave me the number on vacation on the east coast for three weeks, when IT returned I shipped the improper drive back at my own cost of $ 17.88. I did not want Western Digital drives as I had bad luck with them once. I wanted maxtor or seagate drives. Aaron said he coild not find an drives so he issued a partial refund on 04/11/13 for $59.81, when IT asked for the refund he said he had to check if they hac received tyhe return. I double checked he ups tracking and target address, the drive had been received and signed for ontime. I never received credit for the returned item, aarron ceased replying to my e-mails
