Received a letter from this company on July 5, 2013, stating that our loan repayment has not been made and that $20 fee plus interest has accrued and we now owe them $574.07. We never received a loan from them at anytime. I called to discuss this with them and they have my husbands name, address and social insurance number and said that on June 5th they deposited $500 in a bank account for him. They would not disclose the bank account number to me but said it was an on-line application for this loan. $500 was never deposited in any of our bank accounts. We never borrowed from this company.
