I ordered two and patiently waited to arrive. I followed up my order and was told due to high volume of orders it caused their company backlog of orders. It finally arrived 10 weeks later. I used the first hose and was initially impressed. In less than a week it sprung a leak at the male end connector. The second hose did not serve its purpose either. It also leaked after about 2 weeks of using. These products are scam. They do not tell the consumer about their failed hoses even though they have so much complaints in their customer service department. I know because I complained about their "piece of no good hoses" and I get a round around. Do not buy these hoses, they are very inferior design.
