credit card was applied for jan 2004.since that date they have charged a monthly fee for account secure plus for $21.64 per month for we did not want or approve this monthly fee ,and they will not remove it after many calls and sent ltters .they keep on charging this monthly fee, how can i stop this and get my money back,
