According to their terms and conditions they have a 100% refund policy. Also, on their website this is stated " We take great pride in the quality of our product, and are confident that RVTL is the most effective and powerful anti-aging product on the market. With over 100 million bottles sold, our product speaks for itself. Comparable products retail for more than $450 per jar. If for any reason you find this product does not meet your needs, we will gladly give you a refund. You have nothing to lose except for the wrinkles!" On July 1, 2013
I called their customer service dept. and requested a refund. I was told that they do not issue refunds. They stated that I had 14 days to call and cancel and I would have not been charged for my free item. I informed them that I was not cancelling I was requesting a refund. I proclaimed " Why would I request a refund within the 14 day trial period? I had not been charged for the product. Refund means to give back." Again, they exclaimed I would not be refunded due to the 14 days time period had expired.

I directed them to the terms and condition of rvtl and pointed out the return policy. I also pointed out the 30 day money back guarantee that is posted on the website. They did not confirm what was stated but, insisted that I would not be refunded due to the 14 days time period.

I was very upset and ended the call. I called back an hour later and again I was told the same. I then cancelled my account.

I made a total of four calls on July 2, 2013, hoping someone would/could refund me. That did not happen.

On July 3, 2013 I attempted to start the process of my refund. I was told the same as on July 2, 2013. I told the CSR what I had told them previously. This person realized that I was correct with the information I interupted. He then stated that refunds are issued only on the second bottle. I said that is not true, it is not stated on the terms and conditions. He then stated because I cancelled no refund will be issue. Yes, it does state that. I told him on my second call on July 2, 2013 I cancelled because I was told no refund would be issued. I was not going to be charged for another purchase in 30 days. I informed him that I believed that this matter would not be resolved in 30 days. I told him that I will not abandon this request until it is fulfilled.
