Subject contacted me initially on 5/29/13 indicating that he was in Lagos Nigeria on a business deal and could not access his money through the local bank. He requested 200.00. on 6/3/13 he contacted me again indicating that the bank was charging him 650.00 to access his atm. He requested that the funds on the fist 2 occasions to his hotel manager Charles Kramer. On 6/20/13 he again contacted me indicating that he was unable to get a flight out of the country and then requested 400.00 to pay for air fair. This was sent to Michael Burton. The next day he contacted me stating that he still need 180.00 as the air fair had increased. At each request he indicated that he would pay me back any funds that were sent. After the final request. subject was told he would not longer receive money and that the above would be reported. I currently have all IM communications indicating that the money would be paid back. I also have all money transfer documentation.
