Just trying to recover my Microsoft account password. Google search for "Microsoft Customer support" came up with a number which I called. No request for clarification of my problem just took over my PC and Laptop. Claimed my PC was heavily loaded with trojans"never seen one so bad"!(it was'nt) Claimed they loaded anti-malware software and took £244 out of my account. Took other advice and was told it was a scam and called them back to cancel the order. No sign of a refund. Main trouble was trying to understand what they were saying, impossible to have a propper conversation. I just want my money back and have nothing more to do with them!

Update: 07/08/2013

Partial success, bombarded them with daily emails, somebody responded from Techvedic (name and contact details available). Flatly refused to refund full amount (£244) hard bargaining got the written promise of £100. £144 to go!

  • Hi Alan

Sorry to listen as they have a clear disclaimer on the Website saying they are not affiliated with any brand.

And there is nothing like what you said, as they pretend to be form Microsoft or Dell or any other brand.

While searching for solutions to fix Internet Explorer add-on issues, I found techvedic number +855-859-0057 on the Web. To my surprise, the problem was resolved in no time. They offered my simple and easy to follow steps, and I did computer troubleshooting on my own.

    Thanks

  • What a (Inappropriate Content Removed)! Microsoft and techvedic..They are different dude. Even i go through with the techvedic disclaimer and i found they are actually not affiliated with any other brand. There are scammers who are trying to spoil the techvedic name. When i was facing problem they resolve my issue in very less time.

    Thanks to techvedic..
