Scam artist selling BTC for Western Union. Refuses to respond to emails and has definitely got the funds from WU. Very discouraging to be the victim of such a substantial scam.

Nanaimo Gold is a currency exchange service. People voluntarily send one form of currency to be traded to another, less a service fee or commission. Nanaimo Gold never demands any payments from anyone. The business was established in 2001.
Certain types of reversible payment are not acceptable, including credit card spends made online. In cases where people try to pay in this manner, Nanaimo Gold refuses. In many such cases, the cards numbers are stolen or the sending accounts have been phished. To refuse a payment is not scam. The senders of stolen credit cards or phished online accounts are in this way stymied and the real owners of the cards/accounts protected.
An immoral scammer thus thwarted might make a specious anonymous complaint to a board such as this where posters are never held accountable to such liable. This lack of accountability makes boards such as this tools to help scammers.
In reality, nobody has ever lost money when dealing with Nanaimo Gold. The service is the oldest and longest running of it's type. The principals of Nanaimo Gold have been securing and innovating online payments for 25 years, since before the www was even invented.
