I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CAMPBELL RYLANDS TRYING TO GET A PERSONAL LOAN...SINCE BEFORE CHRISTMAS..2010...AND HE HAS CONTINOUSLY LIED TO ME...SAYING AFTER I PAY THIS FEE...THAT I WOULD NOT PAY ANY MORE FEES...THEN HE ALWAYS COME BACK AND TELLS ME SOMETHING ELSE! AND HE REFUSES TO LET ME SEE THE LETTER OF GUARANTEE...I WOULD LIKE TO HERE BY FILE THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM...AND I WOULD LIKE TO WARN OTHERS AGAINST HIM!
