I was referred to open an account with BancDeBinary unknowing they were conducting business illegally When I asked about them being licensed by the Commodities Futures Trading Corporation they assured me that would be any day and that I was not doing anything illegal. Well the CFTC and SEC have shut them down and I have no way to access my account and they seem to have no intentions of refunding my deposits in full.
