I have had so many problems with the 150cc SSR Catalina bike which I purchased from these liars. I have waited for 'a call back' for several days on-in. I've been hung-up on, lied to, and yelled at. One time I was hung up on just for trying to figure out which 'tests' were done on the bike before I needed to drive 7 hours (round trip)to pick it up. After being hung up on several times, i ended up driving to upland, taking it for 'test-drive' just to let them know that is it not working. Again, that's seven hours just to take it for a test drive for them because of their neglect of doing proper mechanic work. I bought the bike at the end of February and it has been 'functioning' for a total of 1 month - the rest of the time I have been waiting on these liars to fix it. It has been in 'working' condition for 35% of the time I've owned it (which was discovered while submitting a demand for a refund and the days were tallied up). Currently, it has been 6 weeks that I have been waiting on a new motor. It doesn't help that they hardly speak English (as you can see from Steve's last post. They don't understand what somebody is trying to explain). I don't know if they are going to reply or not to the demand for a refund, but the next step is to take them to small-claims court not only a full refund, but also the price of shipping, gas, towing bills, among other losses including the cost of the paperwork for court. By the way, after 5 incorrect 'owner's manuals' send via email, I stopped trying to get one. Honestly, I haven't even began to enter everything these liars have said or done. Big mistake of mine purchasing from this company. I get so frustrated with them I won't even talk to them anymore. Everything is done via email so then I would have it in writing as apposed the their lies. They have also lectured me on how stupid I am for getting pissed off at them and letting an F-bomb out. Their entire operation is a lie. But, I understand why they are such liars - because otherwise they wouldn't be in business. Their bikes are $#!T - just like they are. The liar's reply to this should be interesting, as it seems he will be reading it - which I take solace in. He may need to look up a few words.

  • I was skeptical at first, but, being a witness I would have to agree with the complaintant. Nothing is resolved in a timely fashion. The first attempt at repair resulted in the bike being taken to the distributor( so was told)possible broken rings, hole in piston. After changing oil(again) and valve adjustment it was fixed. (Supposedly and what about oil blowby?) OK Went to pick up scooter ( after being told it was ready) It wasn't, came back later (days) it runs. Smog hoses disconnected? ( in ca?) Runs for 2 weeks then starts blowing oil all over everthing and was told it maybe had broken rings or hole in piston.( Didn't fix the first time) Removed motor, ( cause we have nothing better to do) shipped USPS packaged properly, and courtesy of Power Ride. ride.Comes back in couple weeks, Box is tore up cause FRAGILE stickers all over it (Didn't see the video on what usps does with FRAGILE boxes) Motor case damaged power ride informed, we'll send another case.Installed assembly ( for (Inappropriate Content Removed)and giggles) and started it up. Something inside motor is teribly wrong, notified PW and told to remove cover and check and we'll send cover ( done before I called and I thought you were going to send cover, you didn't)I Don't need a cover I need a motor.PRO says they will file a claim with usps and we have to wait.( 2 weeks? 3 weeks? Social Security? check the usps web for wait time) WOW Now I Ask you, Does the customer come first? What do you do with a two wheel paper weight? Look for us on facebook.
