I still can't figure out how they got my credit card information, but they managed to bill over 800 dollars to my account, and when I called my bank and had them deny it for unauthorized use, I went and got pre-paid cards, for all the money that was charged to my bank card I GOT NOTHING NO CROWNS NOTHING! If I had spent over 800 bucks on this damn game I would have the best stuff one would think. So on to the pre-paid card. I paid over 60 bucks for myself and another person. Would you believe after we put the the pre-paid cards on a few days later we received an email that they were investigating my claim of unauthorized use and our accounts were cancelled. That's pretty dirty KINGSISLE talk about ripping people off. For you being thieves we should get a class action lawsuit going and SUE YOU for all you have ripped off from us people!!! YOU ARE THIEVES AND HAVE CRAPPY OH I digress NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! What a shameful business.. Preying on people, Anyone that plays this game I would watch out for your account may be next or banned for NO REASON without an explanation and lose money over it even though you have no kids and NO ONE has access to your bank card, they still tried to charge me!!! U RUN A DIRTY BUSINESS AND DESERVE TO BE SUED!! BTW EMAIL DOESN'T WORK EITHER AT LEAST NOT RIGHT NOW! So good luck to those who have complaints and whats even worse is THEY ARE NOT BBB certified, so kiss your complaints good bye, cause kingsisle has your money and they don't talk to people they would rather steal from them!
