Navy Army bank reprocessed a check for 3,000.00 dollars which was already processed, cashed and cleared back in May 1, 2013. The check was mysteriously reprocessed, cashed and cleared again on July 1, 2013 which caused overdrafts and declined debt on our purchases and account. I immediately try to report it to the bank because our debt cards were being rejected at the gas pump, but was unable to until the next business day for the simple reason that they do not carry 24-7 emergency customer service ( which could cause a thief to empty your account in one night). The worst of the whole mess was while I was told to wait in the lobby with other customers the general manager unprofessionally and unsympathetically approached me at the lobby and announced that it was simply a "glitch" and that they would take care of it. I was appalled at the thought that this person did not even acknowledged the seriousness of the inconvenience caused and didn't even take the time to take me into a private room and give me a thorough explanation as to what happened to our hard earned money which we totally in- trusted them with!
