I went on to the TK Max site and was offered numerous face creams to trial. The cream was free but £1.99 was requested for p & p. I genuinely thought this was connected to T K Max.
The cream arrived with no documentation whatsoever. On looking at my bank statement I noticed LiftGloPro had deducted £84 from my bank account. I was abroad at the time and cancelled through my bank and with LiftGloPro by e mail. Later I rang a help number and was given an address to return the item to. I had used the cream by then. My money was not refunded.
