Against my better judgment, I placed an order from their website for a Canon camera. I called to confirm the order and they tried to tell me it was an import model, in Japanese, no manual etc, and was plastic instead of magnesium. Then they tried to sell me a different camera. I refused. And then they tried to claim they are a Canon USA authorized dealer. I laughed at the person on the phone as I told them I had Canon's list pulled up and they were not on it. The person on the phone told me there would be a cancellation fee. I disagreed and he hung up. My next call was to my credit card to cancel it before the charge can be made. Stay away from this company!
