I joined this dating site online and paid for a 6 month membership. I initially received emails for supposed interested members but very soon after all emails stopped. I received no contact from them until recently when they are threatening to now get collection agencies involved.
I have tried to cancel my membership by email but they make it impossible and you cannot contact them as they are apparently based in switzeland. They say you have to fax? And ask for a signature which I am worried about.
I have read a lot of info on line saying this is a scam please can you advise me what I can do
