Letter rec'd from "Official Bank Payments Office" stating I won $ 21,000 and had to send personal info and "symbolic sum" of $60. Immediately, plus $5. If I wanted priority posting.
I did not respond, but felt very unsettled by the assertive tone of the letter and want to report what is obviously a fraud.
