- Just checked my Bank statement online as well and see this: PES*INST PP1877460 07-08 HEFEI 4690 DEBIT CARD INT'L TRAN FEE $1.52 and PES*INST PP1877460 07-08 HEFEI 4690 BB&T CHECK CARD PURCHASE $50.5. These are unauthorized debit transactions. Google search found a PES Inst. in India. Will call my bank immediately to have charges REMOVED - obviously a scam of sorts that got hold of our accounts.

I just found a charge for $151.84 from Pes*inst Pp18774hefei. I have never heard of this company before and when doing a Google search I get an Engineering College.

- And I found a second charge of 50.61 same day. There are 2 international processing fees of $4.55 and $1.51.
