I ordered the trial in late May. I cancelled June 3rd - well before the 14 day trial was up. A pending transaction showed up for $89.99 on my credit card - this appeared as a pending transaction on Friday, June 28th. I called and spoke to a customer service rep at Rejuvenex and they claimed they did not have a record of my cancellation. She then re-processed the cancellation and assured me that the charge would be stopped immediately and it would not be taken out of my account. Today it posted against my credit card and my homeowners insurance check bounced and the bank charged an additional @28.00 NSF charge. It will cost me an additional $50.00 to re-instate my insurance. My total loss is $167.99. This company is a scam!! Thieves.

Update: 07/01/2013

I related the fact to the company that I reported them on Scambook, and they refunded the $89.99 to my bank account. They said they would not be responsible for the incidental financial damages. I am dropping the case. Thank you.
