On 8/30/ 2006 I purchased replacement windows from " THE DIAMOND WINDOW FACTORY" , with their " lifetime warranty and seal failure" provision. I reported to them last year that the gas inside the double pane windows was leaking and fogging the window. They told me that they would not honor my contract. The windows have gotten worse and I have to replace them, but I think that they should take care of this. I hope that you are able to help me. Thank You.
