Complaint 255016 Details

I had a bass guitar posted on Kijiji and the buyer contacted me. They used the name "Grace Scott" and a corresponding email. I had the listing for $1100 CAD, they said they would pay the full price plus additional service fees. We were to use paypal as a mediator between the transaction. The buyer wanted me to send money to a seperate shipper to have the bass picked up from my location, they assured me that when I covered all of the fees that everything would be transferred back into my paypal account. I ended up sending $2700 CAD in three different payments to this location:

After I sent the payments I received another email stating that I had to send another $1400 CAD to this location to meet paypal's minimum international transaction amount of $5500. In the email the "buyer's information" was given. I knew this could not be true so I tried looking up their name and address and attempted on multiple occasions for them to phone me with no luck. Here is the false identity they gave me:

At this point I contacted both Western Union and paypal and they believe that I have been a victim of fraudulent activity. I have lost $2700 as a result. I'm hoping this matter can be resolved and that the funds can be returned to me, I do not want for anyone else to fall victim to this kind of act.
