I purchased a 09 Macbook on Ebay for 579$. The seller claimed it was like new, very very nice. About a month after the laptop started to freeze now and than, 2 weeks later the thing was completely dead. I contacted the seller and he told me to sell it for parts. I took the unit to my tech, I was willing to spend some money to get it fixed. The tech told me the LOGIC BOARD WAS NO GOOD AND ITS A 400$ FIX. THE SELLER WILL DO NOTHING. 579$ FOR A LAPTOP THAT LASTED FOR 4 MONTHS. Ebay policy is 45 days, they will step in. So they said it was to late for them to act, they told me to report this to others that could help. This is a computer the seller used for his bussiness and now I believe he knew somthing was wrong. I asked for a partial refund his response is " somtimes you win, sometimes you lose". This is not right. A computer that costs that much should last longer than 6 weeks.
