I fill the request for 2 personnes,me & wife,seniors, one room ,cero children,with Booking.com.They confirm but for 3 personnes 2 adults and one child and recomend contact the hotel for confirmation.I do clarifying that we are only 2. Answer not the hotel but a guest co. ignoring my complain.I respond clarifying y second time.Same response ignoring my complain.I insisted, and they recognize a mistake and offer refund to my VISA for the 3th personne,and tell me that the Hotel will confirm in the next following days.The 2 July I will travel from Toronto to Montreal,I have no time to Book another hotel,and was passed 7 days ,cancellation cost they said is CAD$ 315.I don't receive confirmation,and they said I selected a family room .I clarify that I don't,that their programm give that,that I marked Cero children,.But at this time I haven't receive notice from the Hotel.What I do??
