I was looking for webroot help but I dont know from where they scammer come to my computer. I called a number 1-866-321-5512 which was in the bing and they said they are webroot support. They asked my credit card and charge me $499.99, my bank called me and asked me to stop the payment. When I called them for refund, They denied. Please help.

They were techniday pc support when I search them on bing later, they are scammer.
