The program was advertised as if it were a Microsoft product. It was supposed to repair an error which occurred when I tried to send Picasa 3 pictures by g mail. It did not solve the problem and I tried to get my money back, as the program had a 60 day money back guarantee. Needless to say, without success. It is scams like these which gives purchasing any product on internet a bad name.
