My husband and me took our son in law's car, a BMW to repair the brakes to Michael Ozonur's shop, called Import Auto Service in Huntington Beach. After one week without news, we went to see the car and it was crashed, as it was left parked on the fire lane next to this shop. Michael promised to send it to the body shop. We came back after one week, the car wasn't repaired, days after this, he gave us two cross streets for a body shop. While my husband was driving, trying to find " the body shop" we came across one of his Turkish friends who was driving the car OUT of Continental Body Shop in Beach Blvd. As he recognized us, he came back, called Mike whom he talked to in Turkish, in order to leave us ignorant of their arrangements. Michael promised again to have the car repaired. We came back after one week to Continental, it was closed in the morning, and the car was not there. He finally sent us to another friend's body shop in Cypress. The car was abandoned there, and the owner, POsa, said he never had anybody from any insurance or Michael Ozonur himself to pay for the repair. Nobody in our family can drive the car, they keep it there, worst of all it still doesn't the pay off, time passes and we are still spending money. There's lots of complaints against Michael Ozonur. He's been lying to us since the very beginning.
