I was searching for laptops on www.alibaba.com and I inquired about laptops from a supplier. He replied that his name is Steven and sent me a list of laptops he has. I selected one which cost 350USD. He asked me to send money through Westren Union of T/T and he will send the laptop. I sent the money but he didnt send the laptop. He asked for 40% more money that it is tax per laptop. I asked him to send me tracking number and shipment reciept but he never did.
