I initially purchased a sample product on Apr. 23,2013 for $8.99.
After trying product which made me nauseated. I called on May 09,
and to cancel further shipment. They said product has been shipped.
I told them I will return product unopened when I receive it. I put
return to sender and took to post office. The clerk said put package
behind the door. I called May 15 to ask for a refund of $78.99 they
billed on May 13. They said I need a tracking no. from post office.
I did not get one from post office since I did not open package and
I have returned unopened packages before without incident. Their
package has a tracking no. which I recorded before I returned it.
They keep insisting I need a tracking no. from my post office. I keep
explaining how I returned package. I have spoken to Ana and Jennie
and also to supv. Jamie. I still haven't received credit so I keep
calling and I spoke to Jennie today and ask for Jamie, she said to
call back on same phone no. I told her to transfer my call and she
said she can't transfer call and to call same no. I tried the same
no. get message not available. Tried 2 more times and get same message
I have another phone no. so I called it and she said I have to call
same no. again. Finally she said call back in the morning to talk to\
Jamie. They keep giving me the run around. Another complaint I have
is they have a accent and is very difficult for me to understand what
they are saying. The date it happened is in my message, not 06/01/2013. Sorry, I couldn't change the date. I would appreciate
any help you can give me.
