05/30/2013; I purchased two items a cell phone and a solar charger from ahappydeal.com. I have a tracking number but I’ve been unable to track my order. I’ve been told by [email protected] to wait 4 day after my first email complaint to track my order at this link www.17track.net. The site tells me that my order cannot be found and is unable to be tracked. I don’t know what's going on but I feel like I’ve been scammed. It’s been 17 days since my first email complaint; and 28 days since my first order. Its been way to long, my order should have arrived by now; and I should have been able to track it as well. I perched something and I would like to receive it. This is my first purchase from ahappydeal.com and right now I am not happy about the service.
I’ve purchased items from China before and it only took a week or less; it never took this long to arrive. Its going on over a month and a half and I’m still unable to track my order. There was an update 4 days after my order confirming the process and the tracking number. But there was no other updates or provided locations of my order. In fact it doesn’t state what my package is being shipped by so I have to search around the internet. DHL,UPS ,EMS AND CHINA POST neither site can locate my order they all say my order is not found. I had to pay for a tracking number which is kind of where’d, because if you order something off line they are suppose to provide you with one. Now I’m out of my money and I feel as though I’ve been scammed for sure. I would submit another email to [email protected] but they are probably going to tell me as they said before “Pls do not worry as I have checked for you and find we have sent the item to you”. If they sent it to me I would have it by now. Ahappydeal.com …. More like AcrappyDeal.com. There giving me the run around and they’ll continue to do so as long as you let them. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from them again or recommend them to anyone ells. I now see that I’m not the only customer with this issue. I wish I new that ahappydeal.com had this bad reputation before hand. I have no choice but to do whatever I can to get what is owed to me from this so called company.
