International boundaries
Company did not provide services as described (long distance at .03 cents a minute with no hidden fees). Was billed up to .08 cents a minute and there were multiple monthly recurring charges that were not disclosed to me when I signed up. Additionally my previous long distance company was unaware of my intened switch and continued to provide long distance service. Upon further investigation it turned out that Reliant Communications Inc, did nothing but send me a bill for services a different company provided.
It is my intention not to pay the $40.37.
