My complaint is similar to the previous person's. I received an email link for 2 products from my cousin in Canada, followed the link and for £6.95 and £8.95 respectively, ordered and paid for both products, which I duly received. My bank account was debited on 4th April. All fine so far. But then in May I received 2 more, which puzzled me, as I hadn't ordered them and didn't want them. I just thought they had made a mistake. When I finally looked at my bank statement in June they had taken 4 more payments in April and May, 2 of £77 and 2 of £68 and emailed me to advise they were taking 2 more payments in June. I was horrified. I immediately contacted my bank as I also discovered that the original link hadn't come from my cousin in Canada at all, she knew nothing about it. Future payments to this company have now been cancelled but I still need to get the rest of my money back. I have sent all the unwanted products back to the distributor.
